I’m a 19 year old girl leaving with my parent t but trying to be independent at the same time .I have a two year old son he means everything to me because of him I wake every morning to go to school or to work ; he is my inspiration to keep going in life
As a teenager I made a lot mistakes .while I was in high school in my JR year I got pregnant with my son since then my life have changed a lot .everything has been so difficult, but I always thanks God for having a son because if it wasn’t for him I don’t think I would be in college now. My son has given me the energy to keep going and to become a professional to give him a better future.
My major is criminal justice after I finish with my associates degree I am planning to attend the police academy for the purpose of becoming a police officer that’s my first plan. After that I will go to a four year college to major in something related with forensics or maybe something with the FBI but I am not sure yet what I know is that ii don’t want to stay as a police officer for a long time.
Becoming a police officer was not the first option initially I wanted to be a doctor a always wanted to be that since I was younger most of the times I did really good in science I love to learn science is really interesting, but after I became a mother I knew I have to change my mind about who I wanted to be in the future because my son needs a better present.
I work in a dry cleaner now this is my present I know is going to take some time to be independent from my parents but I know I can make it I just need to be patient and focus more in school .
